Admission Tickets

Admission Tickets are required to enter the venue and dictate where in the room tier your table will be.

VIP Admission ticket holders sit on stage floor level and at tables with a less obstructed view.

General Admission ticket holders sit behind the VIP tables and further back in the room.

Tickets may be purchased under one order (best method), or individually. Ensure the reservation name is consistent on all tickets if purchased individually so that you may be sat together at the same tables. We tend to fill up quickly so it is best to purchase a block of tickets in one order to secure table space large enough to accommodate your party.

Guests may continue to purchase additional tickets for their reservation up to 48 hours before each scheduled event.

Large parties must email Reservations@LuckyChengs.com to alert us if their guests are purchasing their own tickets.

Admission tickets DO NOT include Food & Drink which must be purchased in the Theatre!

Food & Drink

There is a $46 food/beverage minimum for all guests in attendance at the Drag Brunch Shows as mandated by the Green Fig.

$46 Brunch consists of
One Brunch entree plus 2-hours bottomless Mimosa, Soda, or Juice

There are some vegetarian options but cannot guarantee GF, Soy Free, or Vegan.

Please note additional soft drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, tax & gratuity are not included in these prices.

Your table can expect (1) bill for the dining experience, tax, and gratuity. We kindly ask guests to pay with a maximum of (3) credit cards if they wish to split the bill. 

Venue accepts most major credit cards for payment: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover, in addition to cash.

We do not accept Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, checks, or Apple Pay at the venue.

Please bring cash if you wish to tip our performers. We will have singles ready for you to exchange. There is an ATM in the lobby of the YOTEL and also Citibank, Chase, and Wells Fargo ATMs on 9th and 10th Avenues on 42nd Street.

Age Requirement

As of 2023, we require each guest to be at least 18 years old for all shows. Mature adult content 🔞. 16+ year olds may attend with an accompanying parent or adult legal guardian present. If an underaged person consumes another guest’s alcoholic beverage, the entire party will be immediately handed the bill and ejected in front of the entire audience and no refunds will be issued!

All guests will be ID’d upon entry so have your passports or state issued photo IDs ready at the door.

A photo of the ID on your smartphone is invalid and you will not be allowed to enter!

Times

Please arrive at the time of your reservation.  The doors open at the booked reservation time and the show begins 45 minutes after the doors open and runs for approximately 75 minutes.
Sunday Brunch Doors Open at 1PM

We only offer bottomless during drag brunch at the Green Fig.

It starts at the time the doors open and last for 2-hours from that time ending at 3 PM.

We kindly ask guests to arrive on time.

We are performing Sundays at the Green Fig on the 4th floor of the YOTEL New York Times Square

Please be sure to enter the address above if you are taking a car service to our location.

Doors will promptly open at the event time and guests ID’d.

You will then check in and be guided to your table by the Maître d'.

Parking

There is a parking garage underneath YOTEL with an entrance on 41st st, between Dyer and 10th Ave. Elevator in garage will take you to the 4th floor.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets bought through VenueTix are non-refundable.

Rechedulding reservations are done on a case by case basis.
